（産地の声）vol.1257 ＜台風騒動！＞ 2016.8.31
とりあえず台風が去って一安心の所です。この地は台風10号の影響は9号ほどではありませんでした。勢力が強いというので一番心配したのが田んぼのイネです。3年前の台風では洪水となって田んぼが湖となって、もしそうなったら全滅だな、と覚悟していたのですが台風が南の方の下がりそれほどの雨でなくて胸をなで下ろしました。
次に心配だったのがハウスです。いくつもハウスがあるので、あちこち補給修理をしてやれるだけのことはやっておいたので、これもそれ以上だったらあきらめるしかないと思っていたのですが、ほぼ無傷でした。
ただ、9号でやられたナスやオクラなどは復旧する時間もなくこれからの天候次第です。お客さんに出荷するものが少なくなってしまい困っています。
当農場では、自然食品のお店や宅配、直売所などをやっているのですが、葉ものなどはほぼ壊滅状態です。事務員さんが「宅配に入れるものがない！」といい、直売所のパートさんは「野菜がなくて陳列棚に何もない！」などと訴えられているのですが、「そんなこと言ったってないものはないよ！」と返すしかないのです。
そろそろ我が家でも稲刈りの準備です。かなり倒れているのですが稔りも幾分進んでいます。が、台風の雨のおかげで田んぼの水が引かず、コンバインがぬかるみにはまらないか心配なのです。
当地はそんな状況ですが、東北、北海道はもっとひどい状況のようです。台風による犠牲者も出ています。連れ合いと「ここだけ良ければいいというもんじゃないよな」などと話していますが、それにしても奇妙な台風でした。
先週も書きましたが、台風が東から西へ発達しながら移動するなんてなかったことです。しかも発達してこんどは東へ移動して太平洋から東北地区に上陸するとはなんと言うことでしょう。
11号台風で北海道の仲間が心配で電話をかけたのですが、今日はその彼から電話があり「そちらの方は大丈夫でしたか？」と心配の電話です。日本列島は動なっているのでしょう。夕方連れ合いと話していたら、今度は又熊本で震度5の地震があったとテレビが報道してます。
この1週間は台風騒動で落ち着かない日々でした。なんとか落ち着ける日々が続くよう祈っています。

Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and everything. However think of if you added some great visuals or videos to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and video clips, this site could definitely be one of the best in its niche. Awesome blog!
